Below I present extracts from the letters addressed to my partners and
friends in order to explain principles and purposes of our work to all
interested people, and also to explain what kind of thing we are going to DO.

I send approximately the same text to all my friends: acrobats, gymnasts, artists and other
wonderful people I know.
I am
creating a computer database
of Talented People, of people who have some special abilities in
something, of people who live and work in different countries.
The purpose: to find a job for a Person who wishes to earn his
living by realizing his talents and
abilities to the full extent.
Looking
for the right place in your life is very peculiar, a very peculiar part in my
life experience.
I am
not going to tell you about my biography here. I only want to say that the last
years of my life were not easy, not professionally, in this area everything was
fine: during the last 10 years I have achieved the titles that I dreamt about,
I have traveled all over the world, I was free both personally and financially,
and I could do everything I wanted to, I successfully worked and climbed the
ladder in the largest showbiz company in the
world.
But I
was not happy, and I do not mean pleasures and fun pastime, in this regard I
have had enough: I have seen many beautiful places, I had a very interesting
job, many friends, and lots of parties; I mean the happy feeling you have
inside yourself, when you say: "Wow, This thing is mine. I Understand how
to do this, and I Can do this, and I feel that I am wanted here..."
During
the last year I studied psychology, Internet marketing, labour market, Internet
sites of different shows, circuses, gymnastic and acrobatic clubs, everything
connected to employment agencies, language barriers, etc. I have registered in
more than ten companies specialized in employment.
I have

What is going on now?
Example: Let us say that I want to leave my "well-paid job" but I cannot, because here I have salary, insurance, family,
etc, and there I have complete vagueness. I begin to ask friends, try to look
for a new job, and in return in most cases I hear just talks: like somewhere a catcher or a pusher in a swing
is required, or a coach
for a new project or an employment manager is needed. But, in fact,
nothing definite. Even if my friend has some valuable information, from the
moment when he informs me till the moment I send my resume to the company, a
long time passes. And in 90 % of cases everything does not go beyond talks...
A&IGT immediately will present

English, French, German and Russian among those who have joined our project. To
translate everything into Chinese and Japanese is an issue of few months. Other languages will be added, our geography
will extend.
At the
first stage I will take upon myself acrobats, gymnasts, trampers, etc., because I am a professional
in this area, and it will be very hard to deceive me.
At the
first stage I will answer your questions, because the idea of the project is
entirely mine. It has been nurtured taking into account my personal experience,
both positive and negative.

This video was really good: it demonstrated her good looks, her choreographic
talents, good pair work, experience in competitions and theatrical
performances; all these could interest a potential employer. But this
advertising video was just a DVD disk. It had to be seen, and not by her
friends or relatives, but by those who need people with such abilities. The
girl with the disk lives in I was not personally interested in this girl's employment, I just complied with her
partner's request - I passed the DVD. As for that partner, I was interested in
her employment, and in three weeks of our cooperation she concluded a contract
as my training partner, and in three months later she concluded another
